Rule 28
Visa revocation conditions

(1) The department may cancel the visa of a foreigner in the following cases –
(a) If international health certificate is not produced at the time of demand.
(b) Magaj Vigrema or Bahulaema.
(c) If he is found to have absconded after committing a serious criminal offence.
(d) In case of any communicable or serious disease.
(e) If it appears that his presence will adversely affect the peace, security and mutual harmony of the Nepalese people.
(f) Suspicious behavior or undesirable activity, if caused.
(G) If there is an adverse impact on the social and cultural environment within Nepal.
(h) Violating the Act, this regulation and other prevailing laws.
(i) In case of doing other work without taking action in accordance with the purpose for which the visa was granted or if such purpose ends before the time for which the visa was taken. (j) If a recommendation is received from the relevant body to issue a different visa while staying on one type of visa, or if the previous visa has to be canceled in order to issue a new visa to such a foreigner in case of applying for a visa.
(2) If the visa is canceled according to sub-rule (1), the fee submitted for that will not be returned.
